Refund Returns

At SparkleParks, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with the clothing or accessories you ordered, we offer a flexible return and refund policy. Please read the following policy to understand the conditions for returns, refunds, exchanges, and related processes.

 

1. Returns

1.1 Eligibility for Returns
  • Time Frame: You may return most items within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, the items must be in unused, unworn, and original condition. Clothing items should be unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags and packaging.
  • Exclusions: The following items are not eligible for return:
    • Personalized or custom-made products
    • Sale or clearance items
    • Worn hair accessories or intimates (for hygiene reasons)
    • Gift cards
1.2 Return Process
  1. Contact our customer support team at [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization.
  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos of the items (if applicable, e.g., if the item is damaged).
  3. Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the items, including the return address.
1.3 Return Shipping
  • Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged items). In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • Tracking & Insurance: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipment.

 

2. Refunds

2.1 Refund Process
  • Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.
  • If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Please note, depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
2.2 Partial Refunds
  • In certain cases, such as when the item is not returned in its original condition (e.g., damaged, used, or missing parts), we reserve the right to issue a partial refund or deny the return.
  • If the return is outside the 30-day window, or if the item does not meet the return conditions, we will not process a refund.
2.3 Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Worn intimates or hair accessories

 

3. Exchanges

3.1 Exchange Process

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or style, you can return the original item and place a new order.

  • If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will provide a replacement free of charge, as long as the issue is reported within 7 days of receiving the item.

 

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

4.1 Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, please follow the return process and contact our customer support team at service@sparkleparks.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will:

  • Provide a full refund or send a replacement.
  • Cover the return shipping costs.

Please include photographs of the damage or defect to help expedite the process.

4.2 Incorrect Items

If we shipped the wrong item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will:

  • Send you the correct item at no additional charge.
  • Cover the return shipping for the incorrect item.

 

5. Order Cancellations

5.1 Canceling Your Order

You may request to cancel your order before it has been shipped. If your order has already been shipped, we will not be able to cancel it, but you can return the item according to the return policy.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

6.1 Refund Processing Time

If you haven’t received your refund after we’ve processed it, please first check with your bank or payment provider, as they may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

  • Returns that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy will not be accepted, and a refund will not be processed.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that the item is returned in its original condition. We cannot process refunds for items that are damaged during return shipping due to insufficient packaging.
